Hi, I’m Dominic.I created this new blog for my weight loss journey, which I’m just starting today.I’m a 29 year old guy who has serious issues with food (aka no control, plus I’m an emotional eater), and hasn’t been under 200 Ibs in.. probably close to 8 years, if not longer. I’m tired of being the “fat guy”. And I’m tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.I feel like a skinny guy trapped inside a fat guys body.. and it’s time I chiseled my way out.So here I am, attempting to start doing that.
Here’s my stats:Height: 5’5” and a halfWeight: 240 (I will be double checking this when I see the dietician tomorrow)Pant size: 38/40 (though the measuring tape says my waist is 48 inches)
I’m doing this 90 day weight loss competition, so my goals for the time being are for the 90 days. After that, who knows.I have no idea how I’m going  to go about doing things yet.. but my goal is to get to under 200 for  the first time in like 8 years.. and to shrink my ginormous belly. I  want to lose some serious inches in that area for sure. My surgeon won’t  give me a revision on my chest until I lose some weight.. so yeah.  So a 40 Ib loss would be nice, and I’d love to be able to get into some 34 jeans.
